Acupuncture

A 45-60 minute treatment to address your specific health concerns. Treatments may also include moxibusion, tuning forks, cupping, tuina (Chinese massage) or acupressure as appropriate.

$85-$180/session

Pediatric Acupuncture (kids 10 & under)

A 20-30 minute treatment to address the health concerns for kids including: difficulty sleeping, digestive complaints, frequent colds and infections, and more. Treatments may include acupuncture needles (insertion is shallow and quick), moxibustion, tuning forks, and tuina (Chinese massage) or acupressure. Suitable for all ages from birth to age 10.

$60-$100/session

*Most insurance does not cover Childbirth Classes, but your classes my be reimbursed by your Health Savings or Flex Spend Account. Please let me know if you would like a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Childbirth Education Classes

My goal for expectant parents enrolled in my childbirth education courses is to help create confident, well educated parents who will be ready for any possible twists and turns their labor and birth may take. This class is more than how to birth, we will cover how to analyze different interventions so if these decisions need to made during labor, parents can be confident in their choices. Full Course (Live group): This class is appropriate for couples planning birth center, home or hospital birth and will be most beneficial during your 3rd trimester. Be sure to plan ahead, the ideal time to finish your class is by 36 weeks in order to attend the whole series before your new bundle is due to arrive. If you need to miss a week of class, we may be able to arrange for a make-up class in another session, space permitting.

We will cover the process of labor and birth, coping techniques, birth plans, interventions, basics of breastfeeding and newborn care, and more, as well as all questions you may have about labor, birth, and those first precious weeks with your new baby.

$140/couple -14 hours

Refresher classes:

A 3-hour, 1 night course via Webinar for couples who have been through labor and birth before, but want to refresh their memory or are trying a different birthing style or location. Refresher classes are now offered only via Webinar, visit Bellies to Booties 'Classes' page for more info.
