A 45-60 minute treatment to address your specific health concerns. Treatments may also include moxibusion, tuning forks, cupping, tuina (Chinese massage) or acupressure as appropriate.

A 20-30 minute treatment to address the health concerns for kids including: difficulty sleeping, digestive complaints, frequent colds and infections, and more. Treatments may include acupuncture needles (insertion is shallow and quick), moxibustion, tuning forks, and tuina (Chinese massage) or acupressure. Suitable for all ages from birth to age 10.

Childbirth Education Classes
Childbirth Classes via Live Webinar
Have you
put off
taking a quality, in-depth childbirth class because it doesn't fit into
your
schedule? Our Webinar style birth classes may be your solution. Our
classes
offer the interactive aspect of a live class, complete with video,
audio,
a real-time chat box and a copy of the class notebook all fr
om the comfort of
your home. In addition you will have access to your instructor via email
or
phone outside of regular class hours from the start of your class
through your first month postpartum.
Our goal for expectant parents enrolled in our childbirth education classes is to help create confident, well educated parents who will be ready for any possible twists and turns their labor and birth may take. This class is more than how to birth, we will cover how to analyze different scenarios and communicate with your caregivers so you can be confident in your choices during your birth. These classes are designed to prepare both parents or birth partners for the labor and birth process.
This class series is appropriate for those planning home, birth center or hospital birth and will be most beneficial during your 3rd trimester. Plan ahead when registering for your class, it is ideal to finish the series between the 35-37 weeks of your pregnancy.If you would like private classes or would like a modified class schedule, please see below.
Some of the topics we cover include:
- Perceptions of birth, stages of labor and birth, recognizing early labor;
- Communication, interventions, decision making;
- Labor management skills, pain and coping in labor, creating a birth plan;
- Postpartum, breastfeeding, and
newborn care;
- Anything else you have questions about
The full series is 2 hours for 6 weeks.
